Are you considering joining Skinny Body Care?  If so, make sure you read this entire review before making that decision.  In this review I am going to give you a closer look at the company, their product, their compensation plan, and what it’s going to take to be successful with a business like Skinny Body Care.

Before we continue, I want to make sure you know that I am not a Skinny Body Care distributor, nor am I affiliated with the company in any way.  So rest assured that you are getting an unbiased perspective of the company.

Skinny Body Care – The Company

Skinny Body Care was launched in January, 2011 in Houston, TX.  They are a health & wellness company with their products focused on weight loss and nutrition.  Since they are still a new company, not much is known about who’s leading the company.  When looking into joining a network marketing company, knowing who the company’s leaders are is one of the most important factors.  In this case, there is not too much information as to who is behind Skinny Body Care.

Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean that Skinny Body Care isn’t a good company, but the facts are that most network marketing company’s go under within the first 2 years.  The fact that there is no information as to who the founder, CEO, president, and management team are is a little alarming to me.  I did my research Skinny Body Care (as I do with every review I write) and I could not find any information on who’s behind this company.

I wouldn’t be being completely honest with you if I didn’t say that this raises a red flag.  However, their products have been creating a lot of buzz in the industry so I wouldn’t count this opportunity out until you’ve checked everything out first.  Let’s talk about the products…

Skinny Body Care Products – Just Another Weight Loss & Nutrition Product?

Skinny Fiber

Skinny Body Care markets a weight loss management product called Skinny Fiber.  The product is supposed to suppress your apetite, block fat absorption, and boost your metabolism.  The whole concept behind the product is a little unusual, but I’ll let you decide for yourself…  Skinny Fiber comes in the form of a capsul, and when swallowed it expands in your stomach to make you feel full faster, eat less, and ultimately lose weight.

Health, Wellness, and Weight Loss  are by far the most highly competitive categories in the network marketing industry.  So I really don’t get too excited when I hear about this type of product.  Of course I’m not saying that it doesn’t work, and it is creating a lot of good buzz throughout the industry, but there are literally thousands of other weight loss companies that claim their products are the “best”.

How Can You Make Money With Skinny Body Care?

When it comes to making money with Skinny Body Care, there comp plan is not the best in the industry.  They use a 3×8 matrix and without confusing you, it is basically a “spillover”.  Let me explain…  In this type of pay plan, the way it works is that people fall under you when your sponsor brings people into the business, and as you bring people into the business they fall under the people below you, and this just goes on and on…

There are two main problems with the spillover.  The first problem is that as the matrix gets wider, there is far less chance of getting spillover.  The second problem is that if people are only joining the business because they think they can do nothing and just make money getting spillover, who is going to do all the work?  I mean think about it, really…

So Is Skinny Body Care A Good Opportunity?

In closing, I have to say I am undecided.  I guess if you can really get into the product, it might be work pursuing.  However, with there being no information about the company leaders or management team, only 1 product in the most competitive industry, and a week compensation plan, I have to say I’m not 100% sold on Skinny Body Care.

If you do decide to join Skinny Body Care, contrare to what their comp plan says, your success will depend on your ability to sponsor people into the business and sell the product.  It doesn’t matter what company you join, if you don’t know how to market your business and generate leads, you won’t make any money.  I recommend incorporating an effective attraction marketing system to generate leads online.

Attraction Marketing is how the top leaders in the industry build their businesses, and it’s how I build my business.  If you can adopt attraction marketing into your business, there is no limit as to how successful you can be with Skinny Body Care or any other company in the network marketing industry.
