You need leads, plain and simple.

Now I agree that learning how to market online and generate leads using the Internet is an absolute must if you want to be successful in today’s marketplace.  However, the more leads the merrier, right?  More leads = More sales.  So why overlook offline lead generation techniques that still work and work well?

You are about to learn 3 offline lead generation techniques that are dead simple, extremely easy to do, and can be very effective if done properly.

Offline Lead Generation Techniques – Drop Cards

Using drop cards as one of your lead generation techniques is probably the cheapest and easiest of the 3 techniques I’m going to talk about today.  A drop card is simple a business card, or over sized business card that you simply “drop” or purposely “leave behind”.  It’s as easy as creating a quick message with either a phone number or website (or both) for the prospect to go to.Lead Generation Techniques Drop Cards

If you are in the network marketing / home business industry you might say something this…

“If you want to work the rest of your life, that’s your business.  If you don’t, that’s my business.  Go here (website) or call (phone number) for more information.”

or…

“Earn Executive Level Income Working From Home (phone number here)  Don’t Believe Me – Don’t Call!”

The key with using drop cards is placement.  You want to drop your cards in high trafficked areas so people will find them.  So good places would be resturante bathrooms, gas pumps, atm’s post offices, park benches, etc…  When done properly, using drop cards can be one of the more effective offline lead generation techniques.

Offline Lead Generation Techniques – Bandit Signs

While these are different from drop cards, the concept is pretty much the same.  Instead of using a small card, you are going to be using a large poster.  And instead of leaving them behind or dropping them somewhere, you’re going to hang them in high trafficked areas.Lead Generation Techniques Signs

The key with bandit signs is to stand out.  It has been proven time and time again that using big yellow signs stands out.  Pink also works well.  You can use the same message or variations of the same message you use on your drop cards.  You can make these signs yourself or you can order them from any type of printing place.  These however are not very cheap if you order them.

Some good places for these signs would be busy intersections, parks, basically anywhere outdoor that gets a lot of traffic.

Offline Lead Generation Techniques – Car Graphics

Turning your car into a mobile billboard for your business can generate more leads than you think.  Depending on where you live and where you drive everyday, you can literally pass by thousands of people every day.  How many leads do you think you can get if you had magnets, window graphics, or even a full car wrap on your car?  I’m telling you, lots!lead generation techniques

I know people who have personally build very successful business using this as one of their main lead generation techniques. Now, I will say that having windo graphics or getting your car wrapped is a lot more effective than just having magnets on your car, but it is also very expensive.  If you can afford it, do it.  If not, then you should at least start with some car magnets.

My Final Thoughts

The main goal with these 3 offline lead generation techniques is the same… Get your message in front of as many people as possible, offline.  If you take the time to implement all three of these techniques, I guarantee you will be generating leads in no time.  Of course, you are not going to generate the amount of leads you can by marketing your business online, but hey, leads are leads.  And as far as I’m concerned, the more leads the better.

When it comes to building a successful Internet network marketing business, it’s actually not as difficult as most people think.  In fact, it can be simplified down to to things… Personal branding and lead generation.  Let’s take a closer look at these two things and see how they can make or break your success in this industry.

Internet Network Marketing – Personal Branding / Attraction Marketing

This is the first and most important tip for you to pay attention too.  So what is attraction marketing, or personal branding?  The concept is quite simple… lead with value, offer a solution to your prospects, and in return they will see you as a leader and want to join your business.  Don’t market your primary business opportunity up front.Internet Network Marketing Branding

Why?  Becuase that’s what 99% of everyone else in this industry is doing and that’s why they are all broke!  No one wants to hear about the latest and greatest company and how great their products are and how much money you can make if you join them.  They just don’t want to hear it.  Your prospects want to know how YOU can help them be successful.  What can you offer that’s different from everyone else in the industry.

Let people know that you are not here to just make another sale but to help them better their current situation.  Look for the problem your prospects have and find the solution.  By doing this they will be naturally attracted to you and want to work with you.

People don’t join business opportunities, the join people they know like and trust.  Build a know, like and trust relationship with your leads and prospects by offering value instead of just another sales pitch.

Internet Network Marketing – Generating Leads / Internet Marketing

Let’s face it, without leads for your Internet network marketing business, you have no business.  You absolutely without a doubt need to be able to generate leads on a daily basis for your business.  This is one of the biggest problems faced by network marketers today.  Not getting enough leads.  In order to generate leads, you need to know how to effectively market your Internet network marketing business.  More specifically, you need to know how to leverage the power of the Internet to market your business.

Internet MarketingIn today’s marketplace and in this now highly competitive Internet network marketing industry, knowing how to market your business online is crucial to your success.  This is the only way you can get get yourself in front of thousands upon thousands upon thousands of people on a dailiy basis.

There are many ways you can market your business online, such as blogging, article marketing, video marketing, social media, email marketing and the list goes on.  The one problem with Internet marketing is that it’s very easy to get overwhelmed, very fast.

For me personally, I use an online marketing & training system to generate leads and market my business online.  Having something like this really just simplifies the entire process so you don’t get overwhelmed.

I have tried many marketing & training systems in the past, but none have come close to the one I currently use and have been using for over 2 years, and that is MyLeadSystemPro (MLSP).

My Final Thoughts

Over the years I have seen many people fail in this industry and I have also seen many people achieve great success.  In can tell you this… the majority of people that fail in this industry are missing one, if not both of the two things we talked about today.

In order to have a successful Internet network marketing business, you need to have a working knowledge of both personal branding and Internet marketing.  If you can master these two things, the amount of success (and wealth) you can achieve with your Internet network marketing business is truly limitless!

3 Steps To Building A Successful Home Business

You are most likely here because you are interested in building a more successful home business.  Just the fact that you are here right now tells me that you are a serious person who is ready to learn and work hard towards achieiving more success in your business.

The truth is, most people fail in the home business industry.  Based on my years of experience in this industry, the majority of people that fail lack either all or one of the basic steps I’m going to talk about in this article.  So if your serious about building a more successful home business, make sure you read this entire article.

The Key To Building A Successful Home Business (3 Steps)

Mindset:

This is probably the #1 reason people fail in this industry.  Most people who get into the home business industry have never been in business for themselves.  So naturally their mindset isn’t thinking like a CEO, but more as an employee.  It’s extremely important that you change your mindset and start thinking like a business owner.  Remove all limiting beliefs!  You need to tell yourself that you can be successful, believe it, and live it.

You must first understand that building a successful home business is not going to be easy.  There will be many ups and downs.  Having the proper mindset and belief is what’s going to get you through the rough patches.  The best way to develop the “success mindset” would be to start working on personal development.  I recommend reading Think And Grow Rich, and reading or listening to anything by Jim Rohn.  This is what I do for at least 30-60 minutes per day.

Create Your Master Plan

I know from experience that this is something a lot of people struggle with, including myself when I first got involved in this industry.  To build a successful home business you are going to need to know how to generate leads for your business and how to turn those leads into sales.  Sounds complicated, but it’s not.  However, most people tend to over complicate this process.  Why?  Because with all the information out there, it’s very easy to get confused.

Don’t over complicate!  When it comes to building your business, there are many marketing methods or marketing systems you can use.  You have article marketing, video marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, postcard marketing, and the list goes on.  Don’t try to be an expert and learn all these different ways to market.

Pick one you feel comforatble with and stick to it.  Master that skill.  So pick one marketing strategy and then design a plan as to how you are going to work that strategy.

Make A Commitment

Over the years I have seen so many people that had everything they needed to build a successful home business but they never stayed committed.  You need to commit yourself to building your business and follow through no matter what.

This is going to take hard work, dedication, and commitment.  You can have all the knowledge and training in the world on how to build a successful home business but if you don’t take action and apply it, you’ll never be successful.

My Final Thoughts On Building A Successful Home Business

Trust me when I tell you that building a successful home business isn’t as easy as people make it seem.  But if you focus on your mindset, follow your plan, and stay committed, the possibilities of success are truly unlimited.
