The 7 Minute Workout is basically a fitness and weight loss program.  The workout regimen can be completed in only 7 minutes per day.  As a member, you have access to tons of great tools, guides, videos, and even an online tracking system to guide you through the process.

So far it seems like the 7 Minute Workout is a great fitness and weight loss program, but they also offer a pretty lucrative income opportunity as well.  At the time of writing this, their enrollment is $149 one time and then $9.99 per month after that.

The company uses a binary compensation plan, which may be confusing to some.  But when it comes to making money, there are basically two ways to do so.  You earn commissions by signing up new customers into the company and by enrolling new distributors into your organization.  On top of that you will be able to qualify for different bonuses which will allow you to maximize your income potential.

My Final Thoughts

After years of experience in this industry, I can honestly say that the 7 Minute Workout is a very solid, legitimate company and business opportunity.  They have the right leadership, followed by a great product.  However, just signing up with the company isn’t going to make you any money.  That part of the business is going to depend on your ability to market your business, generate leads, and sign new people up into the business.

I would recommend using an online attraction marketing system that will help you build your business using the power and leverage of the Internet.  In today’s marketplace and in this highly competitive industry, knowing how to market your business using the Internet is crucial to your success (and your income).
