When it comes to building a successful network marketing Internet business, there are a few things that you need to focus on.  Now don’t get me wrong, the Internet has done an amazing job of bringing people together, however, it has also made things very impersonal.  So when building your business on the Internet, it’s very important to try and bring that personal feeling online.

So my goal with this article is to go over 3 important tips that are going to help you be more successful in building your network marketing Internet business.

Tip #1 – Create Your Home On The Web

The first thing you should have in place if you are trying to build your network marketing Internet business online is a personal blog.  This is going to be your home on the Internet where you put yourself out there and start the relationship building process.  The important thing here is to focus on personal branding.  You want your blog to say YOU!

Take the time to dress your blog up and personalize it to you.  If you are reading this article directly from my blog, you can see that I have a picture of myself on the top of my blog.  With so much junk on the Internet, having a personalized personal blog will auto-matically make your prospects feel more comfortable as soon as they land on your site.  Because they will feel like they are actually dealing with a real person!

When building a network marketing Internet business, this should be your first step.

Tip #2 – Provide Valuable Content

Once you have your home on the web, it’s time to start putting content there.  Now, this is the part that most people get nervous about but I can assure you, it’s not as hard as people think.  When it comes to putting content on your blog, there is lots you can talk about.  Talk about why you joined network marketing, why you chose your company, what your goals are, start learning different tricks and training from other people and talk about what you learned.  You can talk about news that’s happening in the industry, motivational things, the list goes on…

The important thing here is to be yourself.  DO NOT copay someone else or copy anyone’s content.  Remember, this is your blog so you can talk about or write about anything you want.  Just make sure it’s coming from you.  You can either post articles or videos to your blog.  Most people don’t feel comfortable getting in front of the camera, and that’s ok.  But if you do, that’s great too.

Tip #3 – Start Building Relationships

Once you start adding content to your blog, it’s important that you connect and engage with your visitors.  When you get comments on your blog, make sure you respond.  Also, make sure you have social media icons on your blog that hook up to your Facebook, Twitter, and so on.  This way as people come to your site, that can easily connect or follow on your social media sites.  Integrating social media on your blog is a great way to start building relationships.

One thing you can do to speed up the process is to take the content you are placing on your blog, and share it on the social networks.  If you focus on providing value, people will share your content and they will want to connect with you and get to know you.  Once you get to this stage, your network marketing Internet business will start to grow faster and faster.

There is obviously a lot more that goes into building a successful network marketing Internet business, but I truly believe that the tips I talked about here are most important.  If you are serious about your business, it will definitely be worth your time and worth the cost to invest in joining a solid training community that will have the training and support system to help you along the way.
